Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Please provide us with all information for your event: date, time, location, if you would like any customizations.
Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event are subject to the full rental fee.
Payment policies
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is due upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the date of the event.
